GG Fabrication operates two AMADA 4000-watt laser cutting machines, which will provide reliable and fast services with incredible tolerance range and very minimum lead time for mass production laser-cut components. Our laser is the latest CO2 line of laser machines. It has top cut quality, machine accuracy, and overall expandability.
Laser profiling offers supreme flexibility, handling profiles from the simplest of components to shapes of almost limitless complexity. The laser cutting system effortlessly ensures precise cutting, eliminating burrs, optimizing workflow and accelerate our production process while producing virtually no waste.

Our laser cutter is capable of laser cutting the following:

•  1” Mild Steel (Maximum thickness)
• 0.500” Stainless Steel (Maximum thickness)
• 0.375” Aluminum (Maximum thickness)

Maximum laser cutting sheet size 120″ x 60″

GG is Equipped with numerous Amada and MVD press brakes, with different tonnage and sizes. There are 6 different press brakes with variety of configuration. This enables GG’s production team to allocate jobs with least amount of time in change overs and set-ups. Parts can be fabricated with the following requirements:

• Up to 12’ (144”) Long
• Up to 220 Tons

For the fastener or hardware insertion, we utilize existing holes cut by high precision machines, such as a laser cutter or waterjet cutter, increasing the precision of the fastener & location.

We have a fully automated AMADA turret punch press and can cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, copper with high precision. With efficient use of materials and high precision tools we made it possible for us to deliver quality products. With our punch machine parts can be fabricated with requirements up to:

• 30-ton punch capacity
